FX Group Sweden (FXG) takes your privacy seriously. Here's how we handle your data. Straight and simple.

What we collect

When you reach out through our site, we save your name, email address and whatever you write in your message. We also collect anonymized visit statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics. No cookies used for analytics.

Legal basis

We process your personal data under Article 6.1(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) — to respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote. Consent (6.1(a)) for analytics cookies via our cookie preference menu.

How we use it

We only use your info to reply to you, put together a quote and deliver our services. We don't sell, rent or hand over your data for marketing. No automated decision-making takes place.

Data storage

Your data lives securely on Cloudflare infrastructure within the EU/EEA. We keep inquiry data for 12 months. After that it is permanently deleted.

Subprocessors

We share your data with the following subprocessors, all under Data Processing Agreements (DPAs): Cloudflare, Inc. (CDN, security — US, EU-US Data Privacy Framework), Hetzner Online GmbH (server hosting — Germany, ISO 27001), Brevo SAS (email — France, ISO 27001). Transfers to the US are safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. Contact us at hello(at)fxg.se. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se.
